Description
Black Jack is an extreme duty multi-purpose Anti-Seize compound and assembly lubricant. The product contains sub-micron molybdenum disulfide in a balanced blend of synthetic and neutral petroleum oils. Rust and oxidation inhibited to assure superior protection and performance during its' working life. The cold black coloration indicates the high concentration of moly which distinguishes Black Jack from the weaker anti-seize varieties which are gray or from those which may contain fillers of carbon or powdered metal. Black Jack never hardens and maintains its buttery texture over a wide temperature range.

Usage
In typical HVACR applications, Anti-Seize should be used to coat motor shafts, keyways, hubs, pillow blocks, spacers, bushings and fasteners in air handling equipment. The product may also be used as an assembly lubricant to protect internal and external mechanisms of pumps, steam valves, gear boxes, actuator arms and threaded bodies. Treated surfaces always remain free working and easy to disassemble.



Advantages
Materials coated with Black Jack will be shielded from the corrosive elements of high humidity, salt spray, solvents and detergents. Eliminates cold welding of press fits, reduces friction and extends the life of all parts.
